What is DirectStereos.com?

We first found suppliers and we deal directly as a wholesaler. The reason why we can get better prices than our competitors is our cost. We keep our cost down by only offering 6 deals a week. This way we don't have to buy a warehouse full of inventory. When things are cheap, we buy in bulk and have a very limited supply. This is why we only run the deals for 6 days or until we run out of inventory.

Where is my product?

Once you've put your order in, we will process the payment and order within 48 hours. We usually ship the product out as soon as the payment has gone through. Shipping can take from 2-5 days depending on the delievering company. All Canadian shipments will take up to 1 week or more.

Why 6 days and only 6 deals?

We keep our cost down by only offering 6 deals a week. This way we don't have to buy a warehouse full of inventory. When things are cheap, we buy in bulk and have a very limited supply. This is why we only run the deals for 6 days or until we run out of inventory. Also, maybe we're christians and we like to take Sunday off? or maybe we're lazy and we need a day off from a hard days week of work. ;)

My item was broken upon delivery

If your item is DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will replace the unit without questions within 30 days of purchase date. Please e-mail us at cs@directstereos.com for your exchange request.

What happened to Paypal payment option?

We've made the switch over to Google Checkout. We're sorry for the inconvenience but the transaction fees with Paypal were just too high. We love google.

How do I get a refund? (100% Satisfaction Guaranteed)

If you are not satisfied with your product for whatever reason, e-mail us back letting us know the problem. The next step would be to mail the product back at OUR cost and we'll refund you your money. The refund process can take up to 5 days upon recieving the original item. Please note that we only honor refunds within 10 days of purchase date.

I don't live in the United States, can I still order?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada. All Canada orders will be charged an extra fee for international shipping. A note of CAUTION - shipments from the United States to Canada may be subject to additional charges by local governments, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties.

These charges vary by type of merchandise and are assessed by the Canadian government, not by DirectStereos.com, and they are collected at the time of delivery. Thus, such charges are in addition to the Canadian Shipping and Handling Charges shown below.
